For senior members (65 years old and above) will receive 10 hours of services per month free of charge and no service exchange is required for this 10-hour bonus service. Tilits members who provide service to the senior members will be compensated using Tilits Donation Bank.

Members who would like to be involved in charity activities can donate some of their credits to Tilits Donation Bank.

Each new member receives credit of 5 Tilit coins and they can use to receive equivalent of 5 hours of service from other Tilits members.

Tilits users could request to receive a service even if there remaining credit is zero. However, they should provide a service to other Tilits members to earn credit within a month since their balance is negative to avoid any penalty. Penalty of negative credit is $1 per month per Tilit coin. The total penalty cannot exceed $10 per Tilit coin. 

Users can only receive service from members with similar or lower ratings. For example, user A with a 4-star rating can only request to receive a service from another user with a 4-star, 3-star , or 1-star rating.
